Shipping & Returns

Please allow 2 - 4 business days, longer for rural.

We currently only offer shipping to New Zealand

We work with NZ Post & NZ Couriers, shipping costs will be calculated throughout the checkout process and is dependent on the delivery address

  • You've got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Items must be in the same condition you received them in
  • To start a return/exchange please email hshtirau@gmail.com with the subject return
  • Sale items are all final and can't be returned or exchanged
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes and need a physical address to complete your order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next 1 - 2 working days.
  • Return Costs: If an order comes back to us because delivery didn't succeed, we can’t cover those shipping costs. Sending it again will be at your expense.
